Community support is crucial to the Arboretum’s success. Generations of students and community members have continued the pioneering ecological restoration and research begun by early university and city visionaries, contributing to this special place to create its future.
Ways to get involved:
- Volunteer as individuals, families, or groups—work on the land, share knowledge with visitors, participate in citizen science projects, or assist with education programs and special events
- Join the Friends of the Arboretum, a nonprofit membership organization that supports Arboretum programs
- Support Arboretum research, land stewardship, or education by donating to a specific fund or need
- Honor a special person or event with a commemorative bench or tree
We welcome and value your participation in the Arboretum community. Please let us know how you would like to be involved.
