Please contact us first to discuss conditions if you are applying for an annual permit. All photographers should read the photography policy before applying. You will receive your permit and our rules via e-mail. The permit must be carried at all times when taking posed/formal photographs on the grounds. Your participation and payment support care of Arboretum land.

Refund policy: Photo sessions may be rescheduled, for example, due to weather. Refunds will only be issued if a session cannot be rescheduled due to out-of-state travel, illness, or end-of-season issues.

Privacy statement: The UW–Madison Arboretum does not sell, rent, trade, or distribute any personally identifiable information obtained from clients to a third party, except in cooperation with government agencies or as required by law.
Doing business as: The charge will appear on your credit card as Arboretum Services.
